Introduction
At Easy Setup, we strive to ensure clear and transparent terms regarding our services and payments. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for our business setup, visa, and corporate services.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed below. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any payment.
Government Fees & Third-Party Costs
A significant portion of the costs associated with business setup in the UAE involves payments to government authorities, free zone jurisdictions, or third-party service providers (e.g., translators, notaries, insurance providers).
Non-Refundable Costs:
- Government license fees, visa fees, and immigration fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the respective authority.
- If an application is rejected by a government authority due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., security clearance rejection), the government fees may not be refunded by the authority. In such cases, Easy Setup cannot offer a refund for these costs.
Easy Setup Professional Service Fees
Our professional service fees cover the consultation, document processing, and PRO services we provide to facilitate your business setup.
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Processing: If you cancel your request before we have started processing your application or submitted documents to any authority, you may be eligible for a refund of our professional service fees, subject to a cancellation charge.
- During Processing: Once we have commenced work (e.g., prepared documents, submitted applications, or reserved trade names), our professional fees are rightfully earned and are non-refundable.
- After Completion: No refunds will be issued once the service has been successfully delivered or the license/visa has been issued.
Cancellation & Refund Request Process
If you wish to cancel a service or request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written cancellation request to your dedicated account manager or email us at finance@easysetup.ae.
- Provide your application reference number and the reason for cancellation.
- Our team will review your request within 7 business days to determine eligibility based on the work completed and costs incurred.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Easy Setup management, such as:
- If Easy Setup is unable to deliver the agreed service due to an internal error or omission.
- If the service is fundamentally different from what was mutually agreed upon in the signed proposal.
Modifications to Services
If you decide to change the scope of your requested services (e.g., changing the license activity or jurisdiction) after payment, additional fees may apply. Any difference in costs will be communicated to you before proceeding.
