We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Easy Setup provides business setup and corporate services in the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

• Company Formation: Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore company registration
• Licensing: Trade license acquisition and renewal
• Visa Services: Employment and investor visa processing
• PRO Services: Government liaison and document processing
• Banking: Corporate bank account opening assistance
• Compliance: Tax registration, accounting, and audit services
• Legal Services: Notary public and document attestation

The availability and scope of services may vary based on jurisdiction, regulatory requirements, and client eligibility.

As a client of Easy Setup, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful, complete, and current information for all applications and documents
• Timely Documentation: Provide all required documents within the specified timeframes
• Legal Compliance: Ensure your business activities comply with UAE laws and regulations
• Payment Obligations: Pay all fees and charges as agreed in your service agreement
• Communication: Respond promptly to our inquiries and requests for information
• Legitimate Purpose: Use our services only for lawful business purposes

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional costs, or termination of services.

Payment terms and conditions for our services:

Service Fees:

• All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new engagements
• Government fees, third-party costs, and taxes are additional unless explicitly included
• Custom quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Payment Terms:

• A minimum deposit of 50% is required to commence services
• Full payment must be received before final delivery of documents/licenses
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods
• Late payments may incur additional charges and service delays

Additional Costs:

• Express or urgent processing may incur additional fees
• Re-submission fees apply if applications are rejected due to client-provided information
• Document courier and attestation costs are charged separately

Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to all parties:

Cancellation:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
• Cancellation before service commencement: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellation after service commencement: Pro-rata refund based on work completed
• Cancellation after document submission to authorities: No refund of government fees

Non-Refundable Items:

• Government fees and charges already paid to authorities
• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf
• Consultation fees for completed consultations
• Document preparation fees for completed documents

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method
• Bank transfer fees for refunds are borne by the client

We strive to deliver services efficiently; however, timelines are estimates and not guarantees:

• Freezone Company Setup: 3-7 business days (subject to authority processing)
• Mainland Company Setup: 5-10 business days
• Visa Processing: 3-14 business days
• Bank Account Opening: 2-4 weeks (subject to bank approval)

Factors Affecting Timelines:

• Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
• Government authority processing times
• Public holidays and weekends in the UAE
• Additional requirements or clarifications from authorities
• Client response time for information requests

We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

All intellectual property rights relating to our website and services are protected:

• Our website content, logos, graphics, and materials are owned by Easy Setup
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Our brand name, trademarks, and service marks are registered and protected
• Client-specific documents created for your business remain your property

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

We understand the importance of protecting your business information:

• All client information is treated as confidential
• We do not disclose your information to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law
• Our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements
• Documents are stored securely and disposed of appropriately

You also agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing structures, or business processes shared by Easy Setup.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Easy Setup's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses arising from decisions made based on our general advice
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to license approval, visa approval, or bank account opening

We Are Not Liable For:

• Rejection of applications by government authorities or banks
• Changes in laws, regulations, or government policies
• Third-party service provider failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest)
• Client's failure to provide accurate or complete information

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Setup, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any inaccurate or false information provided by you
• Your use of our services for unauthorized or illegal purposes
• Any disputes with third parties related to your business

Your use of our website is subject to the following terms:

• The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access
• Information on the website is for general guidance and may not be current
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• You must not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website
• We may suspend or terminate website access at our discretion

Our services may involve coordination with third parties:

• We act as intermediaries with government authorities, banks, and other institutions
• Third-party decisions and actions are beyond our control
• We do not guarantee third-party approvals or outcomes
• Third-party fees and terms are set by those parties, not by Easy Setup
• Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement

In the event of a dispute:

• Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with UAE arbitration rules
• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
• Venue: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

Termination by Client:

• Written notice required with applicable cancellation terms
• Outstanding fees must be settled before termination

Termination by Easy Setup:

• Breach of these Terms by the client
• Non-payment of fees after reasonable notice
• Discovery of false or fraudulent information
• Request to engage in illegal activities
• Conduct that damages our reputation or business relationships

Upon termination, any work in progress will be delivered in its current state, and final invoices will be issued for completed work.

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
• Pandemics and health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions, regulatory changes, or embargoes
• Power failures, internet outages, or system failures
• Strikes or labor disputes

Affected services will resume once the force majeure event concludes.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your service agreement, constitute the complete agreement between parties
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent
• Language: These Terms are provided in English. In case of any translation, the English version prevails
• Notices: Official communications must be in writing via email or registered mail
